Annel and Drew’s Kitchen is a mobile Kitchen and catering business focusing on fresh local cuisine. Farm to table has become such a widely adopted term by Chefs and restaurants these days, that it is a great pleasure when you actually come across a pair of Chefs so dedicated and active in living up to those words. I think their dedication to building relationships with local farmers and produce vendors, in order to acquire the best possible product, comes across in the quality and flavor of their cuisine. Additionally; the fact that a large percentage of the ingredients in each dish is sourced from vendors in the very farmer’s market in which it is being served speaks volumes……. basically you’re getting the market on a plate.
Annel and Drew’s Kitchen makes it’s home at both the Leucadia and Carlsbad Farmer’s markets through out the year.
