look I do a ton of things for this website (and all of them cost me money) so sometimes I just eat for myself. This is what I had (and by the way you should too)
First off and actually last off because it was desert. Goat Cheese Cake by Chef Beau Bonham. Those who know me know I am not a desert guy. I do not like sweets i like bitter and sour….and complex. This was not sweet nor biter or sour it was complex …it hit all the boxes. I devoured this and wanted more.
Goat Cheese and Tagararshi (Japanese chili powder, Sesame, and nori) cheese cake on a salt and peppered pistachio shortbread.
