That is a tough one…but it really comes down to the whole experience. This is from a few years ago and trust me name a stared Chef and I have had their food. It is not about the plate it is the whole thing and this night was the thing that I base every thing on.
Saam is a small private restaurant inside of SBE in LA ..I just tried to look it up and I think it is gone now…which makes my experience even better.
20 courses of unbelievable food and the service…lets just say I asked for a cocktail that their DC restaurant did and they called that restaurant talked to the bartender and then comped the drinks “because it took so long” you are kidding me right?
I still have the menu till this day … My plan is to attach it to a board and hang it on my wall.
